Installing XP without booting off CD

Installing XP without booting off CD or creating XP boot disks:

This tip will allow you to install Win Xp without using the bootable CD or creating the boot disk set.

1. Boot computer using Windows 95/98/ME boot disk

2. Navigate to CD drive

3. Change to \i386\ directory on the CD by typing 'cd\i386\'

4. Execute winnt.exe by typing 'winnt' and pressing enter.

This is s good time-saver when it comes to installing XP
